Ian Lobo
Ian brings more than 20 years of experience spanning financial analysis and advisory services. His background includes business valuation, litigation support litigation support (commercial and family law), fairness opinions, due diligence, quality of earnings engagements, and valuations for financial reporting. He has worked extensively with a diverse base from small, owner-managed businesses to large privately held enterprises, demonstrating his ability to tailor his valuation services and solutions to organizations of all sizes.
Ian’s expertise spans a broad range of business and asset valuation advisory contexts including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, matrimonial matters, tax and estate planning, shareholder disputes and transactions and strategic business decision- making.
Outside of his professional work, Ian enjoys reading biographies, history, and current events as well as spending time with his guitar learning, practicing, and enjoying the process of improving a little at a time. As a dedicated sports fan, he follows major league sports and proudly supports all Toronto major league teams.
