My management style is supportive and collaborative. Having worked in a variety of roles within the company, I have a well-rounded understanding of our operations and know how to lead effectively, even in areas where I’m not an expert. I trust my team to do their job and love asking questions that help them grow. I’m passionate about bringing people and ideas together to drive success for the team and the firm.

In my role as Managing Partner, I oversee the financial and operational workings of the business. My role involves budgeting, ensuring we maintain a strong company culture, fostering growth, and staying up-to-date with legal and professional standards.

I’ve had the privilege of working my way up within this organization, starting as a co-op student and growing into the role I hold today. I credit my success to a mix of determination, a passion for seeing others succeed, and a desire to be a role model for my children. I also owe a lot to the opportunities SB provided to me early on to grow, take on new challenges, and continuously push myself further.

Work-life balance is incredibly important to me. While I’m dedicated to my work, I’m a mom first, and I make it a priority never to miss my kids’ activities. That balance helps me stay focused, energized, and motivated to excel in both my personal and professional life.

When I’m not at work, you can find me reading, focusing on my mental and physical well-being, or spending time with my family. I enjoy baking and shopping with my daughter, and watching my son play hockey or sharing a round of golf. When the opportunity arises, I love to see the world and am always looking for new places to explore and new experiences to enjoy.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to build a strong, supportive environment where my team can thrive and succeed, just as I have.
