At the United Way’s Evening of Celebration for the 2023/24 Campaign, SB Partners was honoured with the prestigious Game Changer Award!
A huge thank you to the entire community for rallying together over the past year and helping raise an incredible $12.5 million in support of local programs! All of the hard work and generosity will make a significant difference in the lives of our most vulnerable residents, who are working to rebuild their lives.
Thanks to our the generations of our colleagues and the community, our neighbours, friends, and family can access vital programs and services to thrive and succeed.
The contributions are invested right back into Halton and Hamilton, funding programs that provide:
- Access to healthy food for families having trouble affording groceries and daily necessities.
- Afternoon programs to local children and youth so they can get the extra help to succeed at school.
- Services that help older adults facing social isolation to connect with their community through social activities and friendly phone calls.
