What to Expect
We understand that looking for a new job can be stressful. So, we strive to make our hiring process as transparent and informative as possible. We encourage all candidates to apply for open positions, and we look forward to meeting you.
Here is what you can expect from our hiring process:
- Submit your resume: To apply for any of our open positions, simply submit your resume online through our career portal.
- Phone screen: Once the posting closes, if selected, you will receive an email within 1-2 weeks to schedule a 15-20 minute call with our HR team.
- First interview: If successful after the phone screen, we will schedule a virtual interview with our HR team and Hiring Manager, which will take 45 minutes to an hour. (For some roles, we may provide an assignment for assessment before the interview.)
- Second interview: Many roles require a second interview, which will be scheduled via email within 2-5 days after the first interview. This may involve other managers within the firm, the Managing Director, and/or a Partner.
- Offer: If you are successful, we will contact you via email to arrange a call and present you with an offer.
- Onboarding: Once you have accepted the role, our hands-on onboarding process will begin to help set you up for success at SB Partners.
